My reason for being in the city was a brief transit before my next flight. The staff were helpful, going out of their way to assist me when I misplaced my ID card. The amenities were comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool. I had some issues with sound isolation during the night. It was a pleasant stay despite the minor inconveniences.

room was very spacious and bed extremely comfortable, what I liked best was the bathroom, as it was shiny and impeccable, so much so that it looked new. shower is a phenomenon :) We ordered room service and food was delicious, all very fresh and at a very good price, they offer this 24 hour service. We stayed here because of the proximity to the Foro Sol; if you're going to an event near there, I highly recommend it, drive is less than 10 minutes!
The only thing I would have liked was for the room to have a better view, as we were assigned one that looked out on another building so when we opened the window we could only see a huge wall of concrete. Outside of this small detail everything else was phenomenal, the staff was extremely attentive and kind in welcoming us.

Perfect for a quick stopover
I liked how they had this 24-hour coffee shop open when we arrived after a bad bus trip. I mean, nothing better than a good sandwich and a glass of wine after a long journey, right? Plus, it was a relief to find the staff friendly and ready to help us.
Not exactly cheap, but worth every penny.

location good, and everything worked. There was ample hot water and the room was comfortable and nicely decorated.
The front desk staff. When we arrived exactly at check in time we were very tired having stayed up the previous night. I asked the women on duty for a quiet room because we needed to sleep right away. She was evasive and kind of dismissive, didn't have a welcoming attitude. She gave us a room on the first floor. I asked what part of the building it was in and she pointed vaguely. We went up to the room with our three large heavey suitcases and two carryon's. When we got to the room we saw that it was at the front of the building close to the street and we were afraid it would be noisy. I phoned to the front desk and asked if there was anything better. She said she could give me the 4th or 5th floor, and asked which one did I want. Not sure I said the 4th. The bell hop came back and we hauled our stuff up to the 4th. We went inside and started to settle in when I noticed hammering & power saw noise . They were renovating very close to our room. I called down again to the desk and she said, yes they were renovating. So why on earth didn't she tell me before we moved. The bell hop came again and we went back to the first floor. All this after a night of no sleep and a four hour shuttle ride to get to the Mex city airport area. Also we asked for a wake-up call for 3AM being exhausted and that's early to get up to catch our plane. NO call came through - fortunately my husband did wake up on his own. When we were leaving I went to the front desk and mentioned that we didn't get a wake up call. There were about 4 men at the desk talking to each other and they just looked at me kind of stunned but didn't even apologize. We could of missed our plane. The swimming pool was closed for renovation. One of the reason we wanted to stay there was because of the pool. I guess it was just bad luck that it was during the time we were there.
